原契約： The main tasks of this project were included supervising, verification and technical support. In supervising and verification, the main purposes are supervising the Pollution improvement project (Soil excavation method with clean soil backfilled) for farmland soil pollution control sites at Taoyuan City, and de-controlled those sites by testing the metal concentration, to ensure the polluted level has decreased to accepted control standards through the improvement process. In technical support, the main purposes are established the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of patrolling of soil pollution control sites, schedule control of improvement works and the assigned task by Environmental Protection Bureau (EPB) of Taoyuan Government. During the period of plan, the supervising and verification works including, preliminary investigation and supervision of hectares farmlands, supplementary investigation, soil sampling of TCLP, sampling of clean soil, removal of object on the ground, soil sampling for fertility, height measurement, pollution improvement and supervision of excavating and backfilling clean soil. During the period of plan, the technical support works including: (1) soil pollution control sites patrolled (completed 14 times), (2) discussion meeting of work (completed 28 times), (3) assisted collection controlled and de-controlled soil pollution control sites, (4) assessment of farmland pollution improvement factors to improve efficiency, (5) supervised and verified soil quality of 74.7928 hectares farmlands, (6) excavated and transported the polluted soil of 23,031.35 tons to the treatment facilities from April 2019 until October 31st, 2020. 後續擴充契約： The main tasks of this project were included supervising, verification and technical support.
